The Reef will reimburse guests for the insurance, however they are required to sign for this upon pick up of the car (pick up and drop off at the airport). Guests are also required to purchase a temporary Cayman driving license/permit – required by anyone renting a car in Cayman and completely separate from the insurance. This permit is around US $10, and is not included in the package (guests must pay for it themselves).
