NEW LONDON, CT – The Southeastern Connecticut Home & Business Show, sponsored by Ford Transit, Aetna, The Day, Cox Media, and the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT and the Eastern New London Lions Club, returns to Connecticut College March 19-20-21, 2010 for its 29th Year!
For over a quarter of a century, this spring tradition continuously grows as some of the finest names in the business will be present as Connecticut College's Athletic Center and Dayton Arena combine to host a vast home show featuring informative displays and the best selection of home products and services in the region. Consumers can talk to builders, remodelers, landscapers and contractors; shop for pools and spas, water conditioners, Tree Experts, Cookware, home gadgetry, windows and doors, gutters and siding, wireless services, flooring and wall coverings, heating and cooling systems, stone products, security systems, kitchens and baths, appliances, health need, and much more! The list is endless!
The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT proudly represents the business community and the interests of Eastern CT residents in so very many ways, including countless support services and resources to enhance and grow business in the region. In addition, the Chamber is committed to maintaining and enriching the quality of life in Eastern CT through outreach to the arts, culture, higher education and non-profit organizations. The New London Lions Club supports many local groups through its fundraising activities. Visit the Lions Club's concession stand, one located in each building. The Lions Club asks that you bring your old eyeglasses and donate them to the Lion's Club International Eyeglass Recycling Campaign, which helps provide eyeglasses to people worldwide.
The 29th Annual Southeastern Connecticut Home & Business Show runs March 19-20-21, 2010. Show hours are Friday 5pm to 9pm, Saturday 11am to 6pm, Sunday 11am to 5pm and tickets are available at the door. There's plenty of free parking and shuttle service, from the campus south lot off Route 32. Bring a non-perishable food item and receive a $1.00 off admission. All food donations benefit Gemma Moran/United Way Food Center.
